• All trip requests submitted through this website are inquiries, not confirmed bookings, until pricing and availability are confirmed in writing by our team
• Prices for flights, hotels, and tours are subject to change until full payment is made and confirmed by the relevant airline, hotel, or provider
• Any deposit paid to reserve a trip is applied toward the total cost, and does not itself guarantee availability until the booking is confirmed
• Passport, visa, and travel document requirements are the customer's responsibility to provide accurately and on time
• We act as an intermediary between customers and airlines, hotels, and other travel providers, and are not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of those third parties

Privacy Policy

We collect the information you provide through our forms (name, phone number, email, travel details, and payment confirmation details) to process your trip requests and communicate with you.

• Your information is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized staff of Mulab Global Travels and Tour Consult Ltd
• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where required to complete a booking (such as with an airline or hotel) or where required by law
• Payment card details are processed directly and securely by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card number
• You may request that we delete your information from our records by contacting us directly

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation terms vary depending on the airline, hotel, or tour provider involved in your trip, and will be communicated to you at the time of booking confirmation.

• Deposits paid to reserve a trip are generally non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed with the airline or hotel, as these providers often apply their own non-refundable terms
• If a trip is cancelled before final booking confirmation, refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
• Hajj and Umrah packages may carry additional cancellation terms due to the nature of group travel and fixed seasonal dates — these will be communicated clearly before payment
• Refund requests should be made in writing via WhatsApp or email, and will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once approved
